Can someone point me to detailed spectrophotometric methodology for IBU determination in finished beer? I've search through the downloadable ASBC files unsuccessfully.
Here're are methods for UV/vis for IBU in beer, alpha and beta acids in hops, and HPLC for alpha and beta acids in hops. Can't recall where I found these on the web, or when, so don't know who to give credit to. Certanly not me. Let us know if they work for you.
