Special Occasion Brews - Share your recipe

Greetings Homebrewers,

My folks are coming to visit for the holidays. I was hoping to make a special beer for when they are visiting. Would you be willing to share a beer you have made for special occasions?

I brew all grain. The parents will be visiting in a little over 7 weeks, which should be enough time for most beers.

No other restrictions. Please go wild and post your recipes for your fanciest soirées.

I will post pictures of the finished beer along with family tasting notes for the beer I end up brewing.

I brew a dark Winter Saison for the Holiday's. 9% abv or so and black as night but not roasty or sweet.
