Can anyone tell me some good recipies for a sparkling ale ( a coopers sparkling ) or similar??? I am an extract brewing. Triing to find a good recipe for a really nice sparkling ale to go in the keg.
I don't have the book in front of me, but Randy Mosher's book radical brewing, I think that's the name, has a couple of sparkling ale recipes. Never tried them though.
