South African Rhizomes

Are there any other sources for SA varieties other than Great Lakes Hops?? I most likely will buy Southern Brewer and neomexicanus-Medusa from them, but i wanted to see all the options. Doesnt look like SA rhizomes are readily available..

No, they are not. Most are proprietary at this point which makes them difficult to come by.

Most of South Africa's breeding programme was controlled by SAB, which means it's part of ABInBev now. After all the fuss about their near-monopoly of SA hops they have started selling some pellets via ABInBev Homebrew-US (ie https://www.northernbrewer.com/brewing/brewing-ingredients/hops/34-degree-latitude-rare-hops (no relation!)) and ABInBev Homebrew-UK (https://www.beerhawk.co.uk/hops) but I think it's unlikely they'll be releasing rhizomes anytime soon.
