Anyone know of a Canadian equivalent to the “good belly” probiotic drinks that are available in the us? I can’t easily get the lacto blends to pitch for kettle souring and was looking for an alternative. I know you can pitch a handful of grain into the wort but I’d rather not go that route. TIA.

I don't know of any probiotic drink substitutes, but Swanson makes L. plantarum (the same Lactobacillus that's in goodbelly) pills. Use two pills for each Goodbelly Straightshot you would have otherwise used.

My understanding is that they do ship to Canada. There may also be some Canadian makers of Lactobacillus plantarum pills, I dunno.
