I am harvesting about 1500 acres of sorghum and was looking for good sorghum beer reciepe? I have read it is bitter tasting and most people go gluten free when brewing sorghum beer. I don't care about gluten free I just want a good solid tasting dipa or something along those lines.

Following this tread, I have the same question. My friend grows sorghum, wheat, rye and corn. The last three I know exactly what to do with, but the fifty proud bag of sorghum I'm not sure how to handle. Here in SC and other southern states they make really tasty molasses from it, so I would think that flavor would come through.
