Anakin Schwarzbier - looks like a dark, evil lager but is actually quite smooth and "light" tasting
Centennium Falcon - classic Corellian pala ale w/Centennial hops. Pairs well with fried tauntaun
Galactic Imperial Stout - big, bold and can blow your planet up
Leah's lambic - is it sweet? Is it sour? Depends. It's moody
It's a trappist! - already mentioned, but so good it bears repeating
The Calrissian - premium malt liquor. Works every time.
Obi Wan Kenobiweizen - soft summer wheat from Tatooine

I never understood the Jar Jar hate. After rewatching all the movies when they came out, I came to the conclusion that he is no more annoying than C3PO's incessant whining and pessimism. I hate them both equally.

I think Jar Jar gets the brunt because he's "new".
