I beleive the kegerator is balanced. 6 1/2 foot supply line, 12 psi CO2, and pale ale in the keg. I still must first run a small amount of brew into the glass, which is mostly foam, and consume it prior to immediately pouring a fairly normal pint. The exterior part of the tap is warm on the first draw since the fridge is stored in the garage in the sunbelt. Is that my problem? Any other solutions?
