After a long brew day yesterday with way too much setup/takedown and cleaning involved, I have decided to simplify my brewing system, so the following items are up for sale:

SOLD 120v Blichmann Brewcommander: $275 shipped in USA. Includes everything that came with it, I did swap out the 20 amp male end on the cord with a 15 amp since I was using it with a 1650w RIMS element. I can also swap the wires to come out the back if need be.

SOLD 12 inch Brewhardware RIMS tube and 1650w element setup with camlock fittings without controller. The thermowell is a Brewcommander temp sensor bulkhead: $125 shipped in USA

SOLD SS Brewtech Recirculation Manifold: $40 shipped in USA

SOLD SS Brewtech 20 gallon Infussion Mash Tun, I swapped the digital thermometer for a dial thermometer: $350 local pickup only Mt. Shasta, CA (this thing is big). I will be commuting weekly to the Placerville, CA area starting in a few weeks, so may be able to meet up somewhere along the way.

Let me measure my mash tun to see if the manifold will fit. If it does I will definitely grab it.

I’ll probably take the rims tube too - A few stupid questions first though - is that element able to use a standard 110 plug or is it something that needs the brewcommander controller? (The controller I have is just a standard 110 plug)

and same with the thermowell - is it something I can change to a standard thermo coupling or is it only able to be used with the brew commander?

sorry for all the (probably stupid) questions! Just trying to piece together my own system and this might be a good addition if I can make it work.

Yeah, the 1650w element requires a standard 15 amp 120v circuit, the male connector on the cord plugs into the Brewcommander, but you could replace it with a regular 15 amp male connector to use with your controller.

You should be able to use the blichmann thermowell, I would think whatever temp probe you have would fit into it, not sure what the actual size is though.
