Thats pretty cool, this is the brewery in the town I used to live in which uses Geothermal. Its pretty cool how useful the heat is from just boiling the wort. Love their beer and food. Great place.

When Steve Grossman talked at Dixie Cup, he went into that in some detail. They would really like to be off the grid at some point. In addition to the solar power, they are also very good about conserving what power they use, and they are working on alternatives to diatomaceous earth for filtering.

What that brewery does to preserve the environment is highly impressive! My hat's off to them!
