Now that's it's been since Saturday morning that I've started the fermenting process. How often should I see something happening in my airlock? Temp is readying about 68 deg. I was watching it maybe 5 min last night, and didn't see anything going on with it. There is a little condensation at the end of the tube as its coming out of the bucket. So what should I do or think?

What yeast did you use? Often times with a bucket they are not 100% air-tight so the CO2 leaks out of the lid area and you don't see bubbles in the air-lock. I only fermented in a bucket once and I had to put a heavy weight on the lid to get it to seal.

If you have a bad seal the gas is escaping somewhere else rendering the airlock useless so check the seal. Also, depending on pitch rate and aeration as well as yeast strain fermentation can take up to 72 hours to show signs of life.

If you are really concerned open the lid and look for krausen formation, foam, take a gravity reading. Most likely there is nothing to worry about:)

Checked the seal it's all sealed up. Trust me I already bought a carboy for the next batch.

it doesn't really matter the vessel as long as it ferments:)

So I went from nothing to this!!! Guessing that's not normal, but hey it's blowing off now lol. What should I do?

Install a blow-off tube - add the normal airlock back on in a couple of days when fermentation have slowed down..
