I'm brewing my first AG next week. I want to be prepared when I go get my grains from the only HB store in my area. It ain't a great one either.
His website isn't great so it may not be up to date. I want white wheat in my grain bill. But his website only lists torrified wheat, and "floor malted bohemian wheat malt." I think I know what torrified wheat is. WTF is the floor malted stuff? More importantly, if he only has those two, which one should I use for my white wheat? Thanks guys.
