If my kegs are fully carbonated to the level I wanted them at, and then I disconnected the gas lines to carbonate some other kegs, would the kegs that are already carbonated hold their carbonation or does it slowly dissipate over time? My kegs have been off their gas line for about a month, but if a keg is like a big bottle, it shouldn't loose carbonation right?

If you pull beers off your keg than the headspace that is gone now has to be filled with gas - it will come out of your beer if not replaced.

If you are storing them than no biggie

I'm just storing them at this point. No beer has been pulled off of them.
