Equal gb and sausage. Rolled out in gallon ziplocks. Sharp white cheddar cheese. Buffalo chicken strips. Hot sauce ,ranch bleu cheese. Rolled up. Wrapped in bacon and smoked. Just don't forget the cholesterol meds.

How many pounds of each meat?

I was thinking of doing this with GB, Pork Sausage and Chorizo..... and of course bacon!
