I've never done a SMaSH brew. Anyone think this will turn out OK?

11 lbs. 2-Row
2.0 oz Cascade 6.2 AA (1 oz @ 60 min; 0.5 oz @ 20 min; 0.5 oz @ flameout)

SafeAle S-05

Maybe a little light for a Pale Ale but otherwise in style guidelines. But is there any reason to think it will not taste good?

EDIT: change that to American Pale Ale Malt instead of 2-Row (duh) and that should fix my SRM problem.

I did a SMaSH with Great Western Premium 2-row, and while the hops were awesome (Citra, all late additions), the malt was a bit dull. If I did a SMaSH again, I'd do something more interesting with the malt, like Maris Otter Pale, Munich or Vienna.

I did a SMaSH with Maris Otter and cigar hops that was great. the 2 row should let the cascade come through really well.

Just did a 1.059 maris otter and centennial. 1 oz each 60,10,0 and dry hop. Not too shabby
