Small test apfelwein was good !

Just made a wine bottle worth. Fermented dry and clear in 3 weeks. Back sweetend with simple syrup. This is good shtuff !

Super easy this was just done with some slurry scraps and a bottle worth of some apple juice cocktail i found in the down stairs fridge. DIdnt know if it would work. Might make a couple gallons worth !
