Hi,
I racked 3 gallons of IPA to the secondary two weeks ago and added 0.5 oz of Cascade pellets directly in the carboy for dry hopping. Immediately, small bubbles began rising to the top forming a bit of foam. I know this is normal, but there are still small bubbles (less) rising two weeks later. I took a sample yesterday and it tastes fine. Gravity was at 1.019 when I racked to the secondary and it is now at 1.009.

My questions are:
Is it normal that there are still small bubbles rising after two weeks?
Should I wait 'til there is no more small bubbles before bottling?
If I bottle, isn't there a risk of overcarbonation?

Thanks in advance for your answers

It is normal for co2 bubbles to continue to come out of solution. Temperature changes or atmospheric pressure changes will make this happen.

What is not normal is that your gravity dropped. Did you rack to secondary before the beer was at final gravity?

If the gravity is stable at 1.009 you should not have any problems with over carbonation as long as you use the right amount of priming sugar.

A little CO2 outgassing is normal with weather and temp changes. I'd get another reading in two days. If it's the same, it's ready to bottle.
You racked a little early, but it will be fine.

I thought fermentation was done, but maybe I wass wrong.
Maybe I should wait a few days and check gravity again.
