Hi,
I racked 3 gallons of IPA to the secondary two weeks ago and added 0.5 oz of Cascade pellets directly in the carboy for dry hopping. Immediately, small bubbles began rising to the top forming a bit of foam. I know this is normal, but there are still small bubbles (less) rising two weeks later. I took a sample yesterday and it tastes fine. Gravity was at 1.019 when I racked to the secondary and it is now at 1.009.
My questions are:
Is it normal that there are still small bubbles rising after two weeks?
Should I wait 'til there is no more small bubbles before bottling?
If I bottle, isn't there a risk of overcarbonation?
Thanks in advance for your answers
