Hi all, I’m new here so I hope I’m posting on the right place. Anyway, I have 1.5 lbs of malt left over from another recipe (chocolate malt, blachseawn biscuit malt and weyermann Caramunich) and a Saflager W34/70 yeast. I was wondering what I could do with this and what type of hops I should buy. I’m guessing there’s enough for a gallon or two. I would like to do a pumpkin ale but not sure if this mix is right.
