Small basement brewery build

Adult son and I decided to venture back into brewing. Did a few brews with the standard bucket and pot equipment. Fast forward cpl years son buys his first house and I decided to treat him by building a home brewery. I purchased a new spike trio 20 gal system along with a 30 gal fermenter.

Looks great! How are you venting steam - out a window?

Over the BK I built a hood with a 6" with a inline Exhaust fan and vent hose to an outside window

Way to go! I have three little girls and they currently help me get ready for a brew day by gathering up the grain bill (and shoving their hands in the grain bins). I hope someday I can teach them this awesome hobby and drink their first homebrew!
