Slow faucet

I have a 20lb CO2 tank and a 1x5 distributor that goes to 5 faucets. Faucets 1 - 3 and 5 all flow normally. Faucet #4 is about half the speed of the other 4. This was also the case when faucet # 4 is connected directly to the tank.

All hoses (air and beer) have since been replaced (not due to this issue) and I still have this problem. I have also tried a different keg on that faucet...same result.

So, this appears to be an issue specific to that faucet. Is there some kind of way to adjust the flow?

What brand and model faucet is it? They are all built a little different inside...

All 5 of them are the same cheap chome with brass leever with nickel plated brass shanks:

Hmmm...just had a thought. I have not ruled out the beer disconnect on that line. That has remained the same. I think I have a spare on...I'll give that a shot.
