I think it's a bit amusing. I have a 4 1/2 year old son that sometimes talks in his sleep. It's hilarious. Sometimes he will respond if you talk to him while he is doing it.

"Butt cheeks ahoy! There she blows!"

"You can't be a pirate if you haven't got a beard. I said so. MY boat, MY rules."

"We haven't got a plank. Just ****ing jump."

"Yes I'm sad, but if you stood further away, I'd be happier. No, further away. Well, let's face it, just ****ing **** OFF! Thank you, I appreciate it."

"Don't jump on me!"

i've been told i ramble in my sleep if i'm really hammerd. but who knows. i just hope i don't compromise trade secrets.

i think most people ramble something when there dreaming, more random words then sentences

when i was in college my wife said i sleep-talked. random, weird stuff.

must have been stress. haven't it done it since.

One of my friends says that his kid listens to football-talk from something as he's sleeping. Either way, his kid did better at football this year.

If someone tries talking to me or calls when I'm asleep, I will have bizarre conversations with them and agree to nearly anything.

when i was in college my wife said i sleep-talked. random, weird stuff.

must have been stress. haven't it done it since.

Apparently I'd spout off mathematical formulae when I was in college. Now I only chirp if I'm hammered. I roll over give her sh!t, throw up my hands in exasperation no matter what she says, and go back to sleep.

My SWMBO recently started a part time job at Starbucks. She consistently has dreams of being at work in which she sleep talks and sleep walks. After two weeks of working there, she had already shaken me awake and yelled at me to make a drink. Another time I got into bed after her and after about five minutes she turned to me and said "Are you going to make the drinks or not?" in a very angry voice. I usually try to engage her in conversation, but she usually wakes up during her answer to my first question and then she gets really mad.

I haven't seen it yet, but she also has woken up in the middle of the night in our kitchen, looking for the drive thru window.

SWMBO talks/mumbles a lot in her sleep and can have conversations (even on the phone) that she won't remember and only partially make sense.

The funniest one though was when I asked her about something and her response was "its more forwardy". Forwardy...I think she made a new word that might be useful.
