Found this site while searching for some brewing-related info. Has already been useful (thanks for the countertop all-grain threads, DB!).
I've been brewing for several years, mostly extract/specialty or partial mash. I started brewing YEARS ago in grad school, got my own equipment several years later, took a hiatus while the kids were little, and then back into it (upon request from my wife, who drinks most of what I brew).
Favorite beer(s): way too many to mention, but I love Hazed and Infused, DFH 60 and 90 Minute IPAs, GLB Edmund Fitzgerald Porter; you'll almost always find some form of IPA or APA in my fridge...
