siphon problem

so I'm siphoning my 65-65-65-6.5 to the bottling bucket but I keep getting clumps of trub floating up to the top. It will be going fine for about a minute and then these chunks just pop up and then start to slowly break up and float back down. I'm using a racking cane and carboy cap to siphon. any suggestions?
