Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum but not new to brewing, I came across this controller for sous vide out of china (here is the link) www.allchinas.com/probe/ called Golden-Rhino all the spec are on that page. I purchased one to see if it can be adapted to brewing. I have attached some photo's of the insides, hope one of you smart guys can tell me if the conversion to brewing can be done if the unit is modified. The programing for the controller is confusing. see below, Hope someone out there can help.
