Single Relay Temp Controller For Kreezer

I have the STC-1000 on my fermentation chamber, but on my new kreezer I have no need for a dual relay, so if I get a single relay version I can get a version thats in fahrenheit, I found this one, its the cheapest on eBay, any reason it would not work?

Also I was thinking about installing it into the collar of the kreezer and then wiring everything though a hard plastic conduit, is this acceptable or should I find a different location for it?

I believe that is the same MH1210 that runs my keezer.
It's mounted in the lid and has been working perfectly...
