Hi normally when I brew I do just a 2 week single Fermentation. I ended up extreamly busy so this batch has been sitting for 3 weeks. Also It is a stawberry banana beer that I made with real fruit. Do you think this extra week will damage the beer or affect the carbonation when I bottle? Oh yea I was going to bottle it up just now but my syphon cracked while steralizing so its going to be 2 more days because my local brew shop is only wed thru sat.

3 weeks should be fine. Take a gravity reading (even if you didn't take an OG) to make sure it's stable.

You should be ok. Has the fruit been in the fermenter the whole time? If so, then there might be problems, but I've never done a beer that way, so I'm not the right person to answer that. Sorry.

Good luck!:D
