Hi guys. Wanting to try some simple TC. I have 10 ltr apple juice from concentrate and 1 packet of youngs yeast. Can anyone recommend another flavour to put in the mix or a flavoured syrup I've seen on eBay perhaps? Trial and error so want to keep it simple also have wine sweetner if it's a tad dry as I like sweet cider?
