Simple Stir Plate build

I decided it was time to make a stir plate since I had... most everything laying around.
I initially purchased magnets from harbor freight, but those more or less sucked and I quickly tore apart an old hard drive for a free much stronger magnet.

I cut a bunch of holes in a cigar box and then decoupaged a handful of beer labels onto the box to art it up a bit.

The stir plate works! The stir bar is definitely a little more chattery so I'll have to check that the magnet didn't move on me later on, but it's a start!
