The wife (who I love, and who loves me and my beer) has now forbidden kitchen brewing. So I'm trying to move to eBIAB on the cheap.

I'm using Kai's method of installing an element on my 8 Gal aluminum pot. (Too small, I know, but it's not time to go bigger yet.) I'm a bit of an electrical novice, so I'm looking for some feedback. But if this works, it might provide an easy way for people to transition to electric.

Based on Kai's walkthrough and some old P-J diagrams, this is what I have:

A few notes: I'm using the MyPin TA4 (I think). I didn't include the wring details there, nor did I include the temp. probe. I don't have any pumps or fancy lights. The whole thing will be plugged into a 30 amp GFCI breaker in a spa panel. I look forward to seeing your thoughts, and I will update as the build progresses.
