Silly question - Turkey baster

This is a dumb question, I know, but I have to ask. How much oxygen is really bad? I was drawing off a sample today out of the bucket to measure fg, and I accidentally squeezed the bulb after the nozzle was in the beer. It bubbled. I doubt it hurt it, but I'm now curious. I made the "blow-in-the-straw" milk bubble...
