I like the writing on the stuffy Englishman. Did you scan that in?

No, it is a font from dafont.com. I believe it started with a J. Click on the handwriting section and you should be able to find it. I thought it looked pretty cool.

If I didn't have such appalling handwriting myself I might take your idea of scanning some in :) maybe I can convince the SWMBO to do some writing...

New design for an upcoming brew

Yes, it should be derbierhund. Hund is masculine so its der, if it were neuter it would be das, and if feminine die... but alas...hund in German is masculine. :mug:

I tried to be a little nicer about it... But yes

Another label...

LOVE your labels...so classy, simple, clean. This is what a beer label should be, I would buy your beer off the shelf in a heartbeat. If I had to nitpick, I would say that red riding hood needs to be moved over as to not be in the ABV.

750ml bottle labels. Working on more.

BDSA with Brett B and custom candi syrup.

Imperial Stout with all kinds of goodies.

Good call, easy to read on the inDesign file and never scrutinized the printed label. I will move her next time I brew this (it was good, will brew it again) so she's farther away. Thanks for spotting that

Any feedback would be much appreciated. Called "Buncha Clowns Brewing Co." and I name each beer after a friend of mine. Definitely adds to the entertainment value.

Nicely done...its amazing how you can accomplish such a great feel to a label without overdoing it with images and colors, etc.

Here is a quick mock up of my new brewery name and Logo.

My gf did it in like 5 mins.

I haven't decided how I'm going to work it on to a label yet, but I like that it is simple, and clever if I may say so myself.

Great logo!

The reference is to the story of Gideon from the book of Judges. The story begins with Gideon threshing wheat while hiding in a wine press. The Angel of the Lord appears and says to him, "Hail mighty warrior! The Lord is with you." The Hebrew is from that passage. The image is one of Gideon's request to God to have a fleece wet with dew and the ground dry so Gideon could know that God is with him and will protect him against the Midianites. I'm a bit of a Bible geek (well just a geek in general), so most of my beer labels so far have had biblical themes.

Edit: I forgot to add the reference if you're interested. It's from Judges 6:12

This is a label I made for a Russian Imperial Stout that I just bottled.

It's easier to read at full resolution. The quote next to Drago says "I will crush you!".
