This is my 3 keg setup. Only problem I have is the Sanke always pours foam first one or two beers. I end up pouring a pitcher. My home brew always pour fine.
The external gas lines are used for cleaning and kegging. In the winter I can use them for carbonating.

I'm surprised that you notice a difference as there's waay more gas than beer in all three lines.
Something ain't right when that happens...

Cheers!

Does anyone have and opinion on Keg King kegerator? I am looking at a series 4 on Ebay. Paypal offers 0% for 24 months which is nice. I have also been looking kegerator.com. thank you for any helpful advice. I want something I can use out of the box. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm short two taps but might add another two on the hump as well.

What are you using as place holders for those extra tap holes? Is it just a smaller pilot hole with a bolt through it, or is it cut to full size already?

What diameter pipe did you use and how did you transition from the tee fitting to the shank thread?

Thanks,
Mark

Sorry for the late reply Mark. The pipe is 32mm and the shanks are simply passed through the (drilled out) end-caps on the T-pieces(which are attached to a short piece of pipe as an insert and held in place by small brass screws as shown in the picture. This makes them easy to remove in case of a leak etc. The whole frame is only bolted together for the same reason. Cheers!

Thanks! Didnt see the end caps. Makes perfect sense.

Good gawd... After looking at many of the pictures in this thread, I'm wondering if expert woodworking is a prerequisite for home brewing. Those are beautiful.
I have a simple collar on a freezer. That's it. May have to re-think the next one.View attachment 569955
You don't have rethink much. That's an impressive set up! You have a separate regulator on each keg? That rocks. What are the two contraptions on the upper left? Temp and ??

The smaller blue controller is for the keezer.
The larger grey controller is for my fridge fermentation that sits on the left of the keezer.

That is a pretty slick setup. Dumb question but did you drill a hole in the collar for each gas line?

Yes I did. Not a dumb question as there are many ways to set this up.
I splurged and used MFL bulkhead adapters through the collar for each of the 6 lines.
This way, once the swivels are tight, nothing ever gets moved, re-wrenched, or loosened.

Right on, thanks. I've got my secondary regulator and manifolds in the keezer right now but they sure do make things cramped. That's a much better solution.

Getting there slowly. Will have 3 taps, drip tray.

I built this last year out of an old chest freezer and scrap pallet wood. It can fit three ball lock or sanke kegs. Overall it works pretty good.
