Here is what I've been brewing on for almost 3 years. I've finally replaced most of the tubing with 1/2" copper (at least the fixed parts). My favorite part is the pump intake manifold.

This is my current project which is almost done. Not a HERMS setup. I just need to finish up the control panel, which will be simple. Two switches for the pumps, I'll have some digital temp displays, a key switch, and some lights and that's it.

I looks like a window looking into a storage area. Like 3 inches below the HLT on the rig. What does an irrigation timer do for a HLT? I'm just curious.

I think you are seeing the heat shielding under the HLT... it's propane fired and the metal keeps the wood from scorching. The irrigation timer, is just that; it just happens to be on the wall behind the setup.

Damn it! I was actually referring to eaglerisingbrew's set up. I'm an idiot. Sorry man. Your rig is beautiful though and will probably model mine off yours a bit if that's any consolation.

Put this brew stand together. I wanted something cheap and easy but effective and this was the best option I could think of.ImageUploadedByHome Brew1400374758.266549.jpg

That's pretty sweet. I'm a big fan of the concept of beauty in simplicity. What's the gadget on the mash?

I have a small pump that I use and it is just a copper line to transfer off the pump to the boil kettle.

Just finished my MaltMeister 3000 yesterday. Now the only thing left to do is to make some beer!

Nothing fancy but I'd like to contribute. The structure will hold an e-herms in the near future (just need to assemble). ImageUploadedByHome Brew1404152533.443379.jpgi cut the dolly in half length ways to give the base a wider stance. The camera angle makes the wheels look closer together than they really are. I can barely make it tip when I out my full weight on it, and it'll only be holding 5g batches.

Here is mine. About 80% done I would say.
I will replace the plywood on the lower level with a piece that actually fits, lol, that was just thrown down to put stuff on.
Also will deck all the surfaces with plywood, paint it all black and red, and add some diamond plate accents.

all done

Converted BFD Brewhaus to natural gas...I'm done with 20 lb LP cans...

You've got copper fittings screwed into galvanized fittings. You're going to have corrosion problems and eventual leaks. You need to install some dielectric unions wherever copper lines join galvanized lines. Or just get rid of the galvanized pipe altogether.

Thanks for the advice! The pipe is actually black iron...and I believe the brass fitting between the copper and the black iron should minimize corrosion...but I'll keep an eye on it!
Thanks again...

He may be talking about the line coming off the pump. Surely to God thats stainless and not galvanized! I hope and pray you aren't running wort that you plan to ferment and drink through galvanized pipe.
