Just a quick shout out to KegConnection.com. Had a mishap on an order and emailed them today (Sunday). Wasn't expecting a response today, but did and replacement will be taken care of tomorrow. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have also had great customer service from them. Bought a kegging kit and they accidentally sent/had hooked up all beer connections instead of half beer and half gas. Emailed them and had replacements the next day.
I've delt with them myself. Very quick & efficient. All kinds of things to use in the home brewery, even if you aren't kegging yet. Just have to use your imagination.

Yep, great service for me too.
One of the plastic flanges for the taps I ordered had cracked in the mail. Pinged them an email and sure enough a few days later, not one replacement but 3 arrived in the post!
