I recently bought a new ss fermenter and while cleaning it I noticed these welds. Should I be concerned about them?

Looks like the welds were not sanitary welded (not back purged) and then ground down which is not the way to do it. If it was a kettle on the hot side I would say don't worry. But it's on the cold side and pic #3 looks like it could be a bitch to keep clean...

I wouldn't say it's an amateur weld. The bead and amount of heat applied could have been perfect but it wasn't back gassed and therefore had to be ground down. Was this done by a company or a guy in his garage?
