Sunday night saw some very active fermentation coming from my pumpkin brew. Replaced airlock with blow off tube just in time. It has calmed down quite a bit. Probably a bubble every 2-3 seconds right now. Two questions, is there any problem with me changing the water daily? Also, should I swirch back to the airlock OR simply leave the blow off tube on until I'm ready to rack to secondary?

I probably wouldn't worry about it too much either way. There's probably still enough CO2 in the fermenter to where there's no real cause for worry when you're changing the water, likewise if you did a quick swap out to an airlock.

You can switch back to the air lock now. Sanitize the air lock and around the blow off before you remove and replace. Fill the air lock, to the line, with vodka or Starsan solution.
