Should I move it one more time?

Have two 3 gallons in secondary at about the 6 week mark. Would like to leave it a few months yet. Both have maybe a half inch of lees. Should I move em again? If so I'll lose some juice, what would I top up with to minimize headspace?

Yes, if you have more than 1/4" of lees, I'd rack. and rack to smaller vessels. You could rack to a 5 gallon carboy, and then have a growler or other 1/2 gallon vessel for the remainder.
