Should I go electric or propane?

I'm making a 36 gallon pot to use for BIAB and I'm insulating and cladding it. I don't have good access to a 220v outlet because I rent a basement suite so I'm just wondering if a 110v element or two of them would be enough to bring at most 30 gallons to a boil in an appropriate amount of time. Thanks for any help!

No way. Nowhere near enough power on 120V. Better stick with much smaller batches.
