Does anyone know if it is legal to ship beer from louisiana to Kansas?

it is not legal to send any alcohol in the mail (but as long as u wrap it well and dont advertise) its not hard, i havent been caught yet...knocking on wood.

It's not legal to ship through federal mail (USPS) but perfectly legal to ship via UPS and or FEDEX. I usually use UPS. It is legal but often times against the particular stores policy so if it were me, you are shipping live yeast cultures or cooking marinade and not specifically beer if someone happens to ask.

I usually ship UPS and tell the clerk it's BBQ sauce if they ask.
