I had a tasty meal last night, Shepherd's pie made with lamb shoulder marinated overnight in my smoked maple porter and then sauteed with potatoes, vidalia onions, mushrooms and leeks. I boiled the bones to make stock which I reduced down and mixed with condensed cream of mushroom soup. I simply baked the sweet potato fries with a bit of salt and olive oil.
