It took longer than a few minutes to actually sell out last year, as opposed to look like it was "sold out" - VIP tickets were doing the usual dance of falling out of carts and then becoming available again. I got one right away, but I know friends who scored VIP over 30 minutes in, maybe even an hour or more. But yeah, almost certainly same day (although I vaguely recall they made some more available later on randomly with no notice?).

was a quicker sell out for Kentucky. I remember it being pretty quick.

Yasss!

Absolutely in. It’s been too long since I’ve gotten out to Denver.

Samesies...if you don’t hate me after this weekend (and after meeting Chavez).

They doubled VIP last year (2 separate identical VIP sessions) This will be my first attended Shelton after I had to bail on Kentucky.

How do the sessions work typically? Never been, but wanted to get a feel for the different nights/sessions before tickets go live. . .

Last year there was just one four hour session each day, with a 2 hour VIP window beforehand (and you could only get VIP for one session. Cantillon and Drei Fonteinen will have long lines the whole time but never run out of lambic, meanwhile some new money floccbois will run out of beer halfway through and then spend the rest of the festival drinking (we call this pulling a Wakefield).
