I just got a pretty good deal on a couple of Perlick 525SS faucets. I was looking at austin homebrew for shanks and saw a note that said that their shanks may not fit all perlick faucets but there was not a size or thread pitch listed. How do you know if they fit?

I'm looking forward to hearing what people say about this. I recently added an extra tap to my kegerator and tried to hook up a perlick faucet to an extra shank I had. I couldn't get it to seal on the shank. I finally tried an older cheaper faucet I had and it worked with the shank.
