I would like to set aside a six-pack of my pale ale ( 4.5 % ABV ) to see what it will taste like in a few months. I have already kept it at room temperature for 4 weeks and it is carbonated fine.

For the six-pack that I set aside, should I store it at room temperature or in the fridge? I have no cellar, so that is not an option.

I do the same thing, I have a 6 pack of every beer I've ever made stored in my basement. Every once in a while I pop one open from a previous batch. They all taste great with the exception of some of my older wheat beers. The wheat beers just don't keep their flavor like the others.
