Tried my hand at a hard seltzer a little while ago, and I'm having issues with it. I added the correct amount of sugar, added the nutrients when it was called for and have waited 3 weeks. She's been bubbling fine, and bubbles up great when it's poured into my hydrometer; but my gravity hasn't changed from the original the whole time. Started at 1.030, it's now 1.030 3 weeks later. Any idea what I did wrong? Had good fermentation as evident by the bubbling.
