I've seen some fellows selling their locally brewed products at the farmers market and i'm interested in the idea. I've done some research and would just like to run it past some people that may already be doing it/ know a little more than I.

- HMRC Form CP33
For tax exemption for cider production under 7,000 litres

- Personal Licence
For supplying licensed premises and allowing sale at events via temporary event notices

- CRB Check
Required for the Personal Licence course

- Local Council Environmental Department Licence for food production premises
For the location cider is being made

-----------

Am I missing anything? Should liability insurance be a consideration? This is not for profit but for experience to step up to the next commercial level - but must still stay above the water. So far costing doesn't look too bad, besides the personal licence course, (which doesn't seem necessary with the exception of providing more temporary event notices per year) CRB check and TEN's which for my council are £21 a go.

Any experiences and stories?
