I see morebeer sells a self-priming pump for $139:

It's a Sureflo 2088-594-144, which can be found on eBay for $119.

There is also the sureFlo 2088-594-154, which looks identical, except it doesn't have a hard wired power cord (easy to DIY this), and you can find it for $89.

Am I missing something here? Otherwise, I'm about to get this $89 steal...
 
This is just for racking cold[er] stuff out of bucket fermenters or after it's cooled, etc. I'm getting tired of my auto-siphon clogging up, or causing unwanted aeration.

I found the 2088-594-144 (corded version) for $100 on eBay (guy had buy-it-now at $120, my $100 offer was accepted). They are the same pump. One has the exposed three wires, the other has the 6' cord. I can't believe most places are selling these at a $40 difference for just a cord.

I also added a front-side strainer that attaches to this pump to help prevent trub from entering my kegs.
