Just wanted to post an FYI to anyone wanting or thinking about building this set up! Probably should have bought this built!

3 X 55 Gallon Blichmans... Also built the 5500 watt heat elements on the fridge! I have two more built down below as well..

Wow, never thought it would be this much work...will be worth it though.

Very nice! What did you whole build end up costing you? Where did you get the stainless prep table? Is it going to handle all that liquid? That is a lot of weight! What size batches are you planning? Just 1-bbl? 1.5-bbl?

Did you do TC fittings for your elements? If so is there any chance you can post a close up picture of them? I'm transitioning to TC fitting and was hoping to see some different variations before I commit.

I'm leaning towards the brewmation setup.

Here's the brewhardware version of the element enclosures. This is the one with the TC ferrule welded to the pot.

The entire build I would say so far with the exhaust hood and everything has run about 6k. I still need (TC) fittings and pumps. Everything else is bought and paid for.

As for the table it is super strong, I paid about 700.00 for it on Amazon. It's a lot stronger than I have seen others use. I can get you the link if you want.

As for the elements, WOW! I did not know they made TC fittings for them. I have not drilled any holes yet. Guess I will be spending some more money and making some modifications. Lol...
