I've got a 7.4% IPA hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic. I just pulled 2 oz of Mosaic out (after 5 days) and I'm tempted to add another 2 oz of dry hop... but I'm not sure what. I was thinking maybe an oz each of Nelson and Simcoe, but I've got Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and more. Thoughts??? Please?

Maybe an oz of Simcoe and an oz of Chinook. The Chinook might add a little piney grapefruity aspect. Nelson would be interesting too though.

A buddy just suggested using some Columbus, which I also have on hand. Hmm... I think I'll drop 56 grams total with 28 (1 oz) coming from Nelson, 14 from Simcoe, and 14 from either Chinook or Columbus. Ehhhhh?
