Hi there.
OK Long story short, i was trying to bottle my batch of beer. It was i a 25l bucket, no tap, so i used a siphon tube - apart from the fact that this new one that arrived (Im at a flat at university - important) had a huge gash in the side and was useless.
So, instead, i poured, very messily, my beer into a sterilised 25l pressure barrel which does have a tap in order to bottle from it, unfortunately, a lot of sediment got mixed in. However, about 1/4 of the sediment was still solid at the bottom and a further 1/4 was left in the beer i did not transfer due to overcloudyness.
My question is, can i still bottle this? Im leaving at 12:30 tomorrow afternoon and i need to take some of this home bottled to be ready for a BBQ next week.
